This notice is to inform you about the policies for collection and use of personally identifiable information on Tokenzone network of Web sites. Web Sites that can be accessed or linked through our site may have different privacy policies; please review the privacy policy notices on those sites for details since these sites are not covered by our privacy policy and may follow different procedures.

Tokenzone realizes that privacy on the Internet is a great concern to many people. We want to assure our users that Tokenzone will not knowingly disclose personally identifiable information about a user (for example, full name or e-mail address) to any third party without the user's consent, except in the limited circumstances specifically detailed below. By using the services provided by Tokenzone Central, you agree, without limitation, to be bound by this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended in whole or in part, at any time. However, we will treat all personal information we collect in accordance with the privacy policy in effect at the time the information is collected.

Why does Tokenzone collect information about its users?

We collect information about our users in order to understand who participates on our digital collectibles programs and activities so that we can improve our service and customize the user experience. We collect information from our users and may provide it in an aggregated form (i.e non-personally identifiable information) to our business partners so that they can better understand our base of users and create better offerings for you.

What types of information is collected on the Tokenzone Central Web site?

Tokenzone collects personal information when you register with Tokenzone, when you use Tokenzone products or services, when you visit Tokenzone pages or the pages of certain Tokenzone partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. Tokenzone may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code and personal interests. Once you register with Tokenzone and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

When users come to our site, we collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which web pages were visited, the order in which they were visited, and which links, if any, were "clicked" by the user. Tokenzone also collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners.

Tokenzone automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Tokenzone cookie information, and the page you request.

Policies that apply to children under 13

Tokenzone does not collect any personal identifiable information of children under the age of 13.

Tokenzone will not ask a child under age 13 for more information, as a condition of participation, than is reasonably necessary to participate in a given activity or promotion.

Pursuant to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), parents or guardians may modify, review, or delete account information from their child at anytime. To do so, you must send us a message at privacy@tokenzone.com. Please remember that you must provide the username and password provided by the child during registration so we can verify who you are.

Sharing user's personal information with third parties

We do not rent, sell, or share personal information except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

1. We have a parent's permission to share the information if the user is a child under age 13. Parents have the option of allowing Tokenzone to collect and use their child's information without consenting to Tokenzone sharing of this information with people and companies who may use this information for their own purposes;

2. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;

3. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Tokenzone's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

4. We transfer information about you if Tokenzone is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Tokenzone will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Tokenzone displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria - for example, women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area.

6. Tokenzone does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.

Tokenzone is not responsible for the content or practices of Web sites operated by third parties that are linked to or through our site. Links to third party sites do not constitute sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by Tokenzone.com of the content, policies, or practices of such third party sites.

How Do We Use the Information?

Non-personally identifiable information:

The aggregate demographic information we collect from our users may be shared with our advertisers, business partners and sponsors to help them understand the types of users who participate on Tokenzone programs. We sometimes use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site, to personalize our visitors' experience, and to offer products, programs, and services. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze site usage, as well as to offer products, programs, or services.

Personally identifiable information:

We use visitors' personal information for our internal purposes of enabling visitors to enter contests or sweepstakes, to subscribe to online newsletters and notification services, or to inform users of upcoming events and special announcements. We use the names and e-mail addresses of subscribers to our e-mail newsletter and other notification services only. Each e-mail contains instructions on how to be removed from the subscription list by sending us a return e-mail.

Additional information collected and/or tracked:

In addition to the above-listed data that we collect or track, we may also display some non-personally identifiable data. These items consist of user rating information (your ranking on a particular Tokenzone), and any reward winnings. In the cases stated in the previous sentence, only a user's user name will be displayed, and no personally identifiable information will be shown.

We also use visitor's personal information to track usage and to ensure user are following the site's Terms and Conditions. Sometimes we will use agents or contractors to help us provide services to our visitors, such as helping us conduct a sweepstakes and sending prizes to the winners. In these cases, we require the agent or contractor to keep the information confidential and to use it only for the specific services they are performing.

How does Tokenzone collect this information?

Active collection

The Tokenzone Central registration form requires a new user to provide a name, user name, password, gender, e-mail address and geographical information. For children under the age of 13, the Tokenzone Central registration form does not provide any personal identifiable information fields.

Tokenzone could run surveys as a way of getting more Tokens. These surveys are used to fully understand our users, to provide a better service, as a factor in determining new features to add to our service and to collect more specific aggregate demographic information. Information we may request includes household income, education level, type of employment, hobbies and other types of information. Participation in these surveys is always optional. Data collected from user surveys are used by our marketing department and occasionally shared in aggregate form with our advertisers and business partners. No user's personally identifiable information is disclosed to a third party as part of our user surveys without the user's consent.

Passive collection

Tokenzone uses non-personally identifiable information and information obtained through the use of cookies and Web logs in order to improve the site. By tracking how many people visit our site and where users go on our site, we are able to determine which part of the site users like the best, which part needs some improvement, and what changes should be made. By obtaining this information, we are able to continually improve our site and bring you the best experience possible. Tokenzone may also disclose some of non-personal information we obtain to advertisers and business partners to inform them of how many people have seen or linked to their advertisements or Token Sets on our site. However, we will never disclose personally identifiable information to these advertisers and business partners without your consent.

We use "cookies" (see definition below) and other methods to monitor our Web site usage. This data is collected in an aggregate form and used to determine high-traffic areas of our site, to locate areas of improvement to our service, to judge how well certain Token Sets and activities are received, to locate what Token Sets are played, how much time is spent playing them and which ads or links are clicked. We may share this aggregate data with third parties. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared with third parties through cookies.

Cookies are small data files; your browser may place a cookie on your computer when you visit a Web site to mark that you've been to that location. In other words, a cookie is a piece of information that a Web site transfers to a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. Tokenzone views only the cookies that are set by our site, and they do not provide us with any personal information. These cookies help us collect aggregate data about the number of users to our site, how long the users stay, and which Web site features are used the most often. Cookies also help us determine general information about the types of computers, browsers, and operating systems that are used to view our site. That way, we can make sure the technology we use successfully allows users to view our features. You can control cookies from your end through Internet browsers or using other software. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. If you prefer, you can set your browser to alert you when cookies are in use. You may also disable or refuse cookies. You can also erase a cookie that has been placed on your computer by us or by others. But if you don't have a Tokenzone.com cookie, it may limit our ability to customize and improve our features.

Tokenzone maintains Web logs that record basic information about users to our Web site. These logs contain, without limitation, the domain from which you access Tokenzone Web sites, your IP address, the type of browser and operating system you use, the date and time you visited Tokenzone Web sites, and the pages you saw. We use Web log information to design and improve our Web site. We do not try to identify users from Web logs or to link Web logs to other user information. However, if someone tries to damage our Web site or use it in an unauthorized or illegal way, we may share Web log information with law enforcement agencies.
